Chanzo cha maradhi mengine sugu-2

Wiki iliyopita tulianza kuzungumzia matatizo ya ukosefu wa choo na jinsi ya kukabiliana nayo kwa kutumia matunda na mboga, wiki hii tunaendelea kwa kuangalia uwezo wa matunda na mboga zingine katika kuondoa tatizo hilo ambalo huwa chanzo cha maradhi mengi, endelea...

PEASI KAMA TIBA

Tunda la Peasi (Pears), ambalo ni maarufu katika Mkoa wa Tanga, nalo ni tunda moja muhimu katika kutibu tatizo la ukosefu wa choo. Kwa watu wenye tatizo sugu la ukosefu wa choo, walile tunda hili kwa wingi kila siku au kunywa juisi yake kwa siku kadhaa. Katika hali ya kawaida, Peasi moja la ukubwa wa kawaida likiliwa baada ya chakula cha usiku au baada ya kufungua kinywa, linaweza kuleta matokeo mazuri.

PERA KAMA TIBA

Pera nalo linasifika kwa uwezo lililonao wa kuwezesha kupatikana kwa choo. Linapoliwa na mbegu zake, huongeza uwezo wa lishe kusafisha tumbo. Kula pera moja au mawili kwa siku kuondoa tatizo la kukosa choo.

ZABIBU KAMA TIBA

Zabibu, tunda ambalo linapatikana kwa wingi Mkoani Dodoma, nalo linafaa sana kutumika kama tiba ya ukosefu wa choo. Mchanganyiko uliyomo kwenye zabibu wa selulozi, sukari na asidi hai, ni sawa na dawa ya kuharisha isiyo na madhara. Kazi ya zabibu haiishii kwenye kuwezesha mtu kupata choo, bali huboresha tumbo na utumbo na kutoa ahueni kwa maumivu ya tumbo.

Ili kutumia zabibu kama tiba, kula angalau robo kilo ya zabibu kila siku. Kama zabibu mbivu hakuna, unaweza kutumia hata zabibu kavu. Loweka zabibu kavu kwenye maji masafi kwa muda wa saa 24 hadi 48 (siku moja hadi mbili). Kwa kufanya hivyo, zabibu zitavimba na kuwa kama mbivu, zile asubuhi mapema na unywe pamoja na maji uliyotumia kulowekea.

CHUNGWA KAMA TIBA

Chungwa, tunda ambalo kila mtu analijua, nalo linasifika kwa kutoa tiba ya ukosefu wa choo. Ili kuliwezesha tumbo kusaga chakula na hatimaye kupata choo laini, kula chungwa moja au mawili wakati wa kulala na asubuhi. Virutubisho vilivyomo kwenye juisi ya chungwa, husaidia kuondoa mrundikano wa uchafu kwenye utumbo.

PAPAI KAMA TIBA

Papai nalo ni miongoni mwa matunda yanayosifika kwa kutatua tatizo la ukosefu wa choo kwa haraka zaidi. Kula papai, hata nusu kipande wakati wa kufungua kinywa ili iwezeshe chakula kusagwa kwa wepesi.

MCHICHA KAMA TIBA

Miongoni mwa mboga za majani, mchicha unajulikana tangu zamani kuwa na uwezo mkubwa wa kuwezesha mtu kupata choo na kusafisha uchafu wote tumboni. Mchicha mbichi una kirutubisho bora cha kusafishia, kukarabati na kuutengeneza upya utumbo.

Ili kupata faida zake, tengeneza juisi ya mchicha mbichi, kiasi cha robo glasi, changanya na maji kiasi hicho, kisha kunywa mara mbili kwa siku. Matatizo yote sugu ya kukosa choo yatakwisha ndani ya siku chache tu.

MTU ANAYESUMBULIWA NA UKOSEFU WA CHOO

Ale vyakula vya asili, mboga na matunda tofauti kwa wingi. Aepuke kula chakula haraka haraka na asipende kula muda mfupi kabla ya kwenda kulala. Sukari na vyakula vyenye sukari viepukwe. Vyakula vinavyochangia ukosefu wa choo ni vile vitokanavyo na unga mweupe, mchele, mkate mweupe, keki, biskuti, sukari nyeupe na mayai ya kuchemsha.

Hakikisha mwenye tatizo hili anatembea ili kupata hewa safi. Mazoezi ya viungo, ikiwemo kuogelea, kutembea, kucheza michezo mbalimbali, ni muhimu kwani huimarisha misuli na hivyo kuzuia tatizo la ukosefu wa choo.
